License and Terms of Use

License. Subject to these Terms (as a condition to the grant below), Ebusiness Software Services (ESS) hereby grants you and you accept a non-exclusive, royalty free, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license solely to use the ESS API to integrate the Service into any Application. Any attempt to sublicense, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations under this license is void and may result in termination by ESS of this Agreement and the license.
